About the Renovation

Content with the location of their home, this Main Line family decided to take the renovation route to accommodate their growing family. Their primary goals for the renovation were to provide wheelchair access and a first level bedroom.

They hired us, award winning design/build firm Gardner/Fox to create a renovation plan for a single story family room addition, along with a completely new floor plan for the first level of the home.
